We are excited to invite you to the Planet Youth Canada Conference 2025, hosted at the historic Old Mill in Toronto. This gathering brings together community leaders, practitioners, researchers, and policymakers who share a commitment to creating healthier environments for young people.
This event is not only an opportunity to learn and exchange experiences but also to connect with colleagues across Canada and the world who are working toward the same goal: ensuring that prevention is possible. Our capacity for the Toronto Conference is currently full. New registrations will be placed on a waitlist, and we’ll notify you immediately if a spot becomes available.
The Planet Youth Toronto Conference will offer a full day of learning, inspiration, and connection. The program features welcoming remarks from key national and international leaders, presentations on the Planet Youth model and its implementation across Canada, and insights from communities leading this work on the ground. Attendees will have opportunities to network, share experiences, and take part in meaningful discussions about youth well-being, prevention, and community collaboration.
Participation in the Planet Youth Canada Conference is by application. Please complete the online form with your details. We will review applications and confirm participation by email.
