The Planet Youth Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows:

Conference Refund and Cancellation Policy

• The Planet Youth Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to the annual Planet Youth Conference.
• Conference registration should be canceled by sending an email to conference@planetyouth.org, before August 20th, 2022 is fully refundable.
• Registrants cancelling on or after August 20th, 2022, will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual; the invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant’s membership status.
• In the event Planet Youth must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, Planet Youth will refund the cost of registration.
• Unforeseen Circumstances Defined for Refund and Cancellation Policies:
• Unforeseen circumstances are used to describe an event that is unexpected and prevents Planet Youth from continuing with a conference, training, or webinar. Examples of such circumstances can include but are not limited to, inclement weather or other natural disasters, site unavailability, technology challenges, and presenter absence.

• Planet Youth will have full confidentiality regarding any information they provide in connection with the transaction. Information will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances unless required to do so by law. Everyone who shops with us is automatically registered on our mailing list.
